TATA HEXA Vs Innova Crysta

The Tata Hexa is the Indian manufacturer’s latest MPV, and the company seems to have left no stone unturned while developing the vehicle. 


It is based on the same X2 platform that also underpins the Aria. It will be offered with a 2.2-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-diesel that churns out an impressive 156PS and 400Nm. There’s an option of a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic.

The Toyota Innova Crysta has gone through a major makeover. The new generation model has come a long way compared to the older Innova MPV taking the brand's premium quotient to the next level. The MPV is built on the carmaker's new design language and has grown in size. Up front, there is a large hexagonal grille with twin chrome slats flanked by long wraparound projector headlamps and LED daytime running lights. The bumper looks well-sculpted and houses the new foglamps. The side profile of the new Innova Crysta looks longer and has the proper MPV-like silhouette. The rear, on the other hand, gets large boomerang-shaped LED taillamps, a roofline spoiler and rear windshield wiper



Tata Innova Crysta receives GD series engines in the form of a 2.4 liter DOHC inline four cylinder 2GD-FTV diesel CRDI BSIV engine offering 150 PS power and 343 Nm torque mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox. It also gets a 2.8 liter 1G-FTV 16V CRDI DOHC engine offering 174 PS power and 360 Nm torque mated to a 6 speed automatic transmission. Innova Crysta receives Eco and Power drive modes



Tata Hexa gets a 2.2 liter four cylinder VARICOR 400 diesel engine offering 156 PS power and 400 Nm torque mated to a 6 speed manual or a 6 speed automatic gear box. It gets four driving modes of Dynamic, Automatic, Comfort and Rough Road.
